Today we have achieved a lot - we managed to change the SU's from the "Tardis" to the "Green Genie" and also get the manual choke hooked up, so no more excessive cranking the motor to get it to start.
The speedo was fixed, we had already taken the revamped one from the "Tardis" to the "Green Genie" but there was something else wrong, and we found that the speedo drive on the trans was shot, the again the "Tardis" kindly donated to get the speedo working.
And finally we took the fuel pump from the "Tardis" and put it in the "Green Genie", so now I can actually see how much fuel is in the tank.
A lot was achieved today and tomorrow the work continues - but it all depends on our lovely weather.
